
Tatianna Graham is a practitioner and health coach ready to serve you if you want to be strong, show up with confidence and move freely. Her expertise comes from 15+ years of experience as a Physiotherapist and Yoga / Mindfulness Instructor, as well as becoming an athlete in her 40s (qualified and ran the Boston Marathon). As a busy mom of 3, she understands that life can be busy and overwhelming; yet the one thing she has respected and prioritized is her own health and wellness. She helps her clients get (re)connected to their body in a way that heals and transforms them from inside out, allowing them to perform at their highest potential. She specializes in women's mid-life health inside her online program and community called The Move With Ease Method, and she works in Ottawa as a Physiotherapist with clients who are committed to being an active part of their health and wellness.
